Situated next to the main entrance, Gibbsy's is open from Monday to Saturday from 5:45 pm to late. For those who want to start with a drink or two at the bar or on our comfy settees, Happy Hour (or more correctly Happy ¾ hour) offers discounted drinks until 6:30 pm.

Gibbsy's Restaurant and Bar offers a fine dining experience in air-conditioned surroundings. Our seasonally changing menu will satisfy even the most hard-to-please palate.

Many of our guests are surprised to find that a country motel restaurant can produce food of a quality that equals, if not surpasses, that found in major population centres. However, we strive to show that being a country motel restaurant does not mean our guests have to accept second best.

So come and join us for a memorable night. We also can cater for functions, including Weddings, Christmas and New Year Parties, or large group dining, in a separate enclosed, air conditioned room at the front of the restaurant.
